People often ask how they can donate to the Society, so we thought it would be useful to list various ways and links in one place.
Please note we do not usually issue a receipt for donations under £30 to help keep costs down. However, we will issue a receipt for any amount if requested. If you donate more than £30 and would prefer not to receive any acknowledgement, please let us know.
Via our shop:
In our online shop there is a donation option that you can add to your basket.

Via JustGiving:
We are listed with JustGiving. It is difficult to track individual payments and donations made via this method, so even though we’re very grateful, you will not receive a written thank you or receipt from us if you choose to donate through JustGiving. See: https://www.justgiving.com/bhps

By Phone:
Please call us on 01584 890801 between 9:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday and we can take payment over the phone via debit or credit card.

By Post:
If you prefer to post a donation, we gratefully accept cheques or postal orders made payable to BHPS and sent to us at Hedgehog House, Dhustone, Clee Hill, Ludlow, Shropshire, SY8 3PL.

You can list items to benefit BHPS by choosing to make donation of a % of final sale value. Please see our page.
Shopping Online:
Please consider doing so through The Giving Machine or EasyFundraising. Sign up and a percentage of what you spend online is donated back to BHPS, including many high street favourite stores. PayPal
You can donate through PayPal and also on the PayPal app you can set BHPS as your preferred charity. See our page.
New Goods for raffles:
If you receive an unwanted gift you might consider donating it to us so that we could use it on a tombola stall or as a prize – please send to BHPS, Hedgehog House, Dhustone, Clee Hill, Ludlow, SY8 3PL.
Broken/unwanted jewellery:
We can raise funds from broken or unwanted gold and silver. If you have any you would like to donate, please send to BHPS, Hedgehog House, Dhustone, Clee Hill, Ludlow, SY8 3PL.
Cars:
We can even accept scrap cars! Giveacar is a not-for-profit social enterprise that can turn your car into cash for BHPS. They will arrange a free collection from your home at a time that is convenient for you. Your car will then be auctioned or scrapped and the proceeds, minus admin fees, will be donated back to us.
